官僚制

Norbert is leaving the German army and his mother. He is 34 and now plans to finally lead a new life. While looking for a new place to life he somehow gets under suspicion from the police. The police authorities are calling their most (in)capable man to hunt Norbert: Detective Horstbrand.

This Bureaucracy script listed too many roles - unfortunately we had not enough actors. The few scenes which were shot are scattered on different tapes.

It's not possible to cut a film out of the existing scenes.

Douglas Adams wrote a text adventure for the US company Infocom. Bureaucrazy was also about moving to a new place.
